These Terms govern your use of our services and website, and form a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Dinka Brett Design (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
We offer a range of services, including but not limited to:
Full-Service Interior Decorating & Design
Home Staging
Virtual/E-Design Services
Furniture & Décor Sourcing
Colour & Materials Consultation
Each service may be offered online, in person, or through a hybrid approach depending on the client’s needs and location.
A signed agreement and deposit are required before services commence.
Payment terms vary by package and will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.
All invoices are payable via e-transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified.
Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
Due to the nature of design services, all sales are final once design work has begun.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, 48 hours' notice is required.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We aim to deliver designs that reflect your style, needs, and lifestyle, based on the intake form, consultation, and collaboration.
Design concepts, moodboards, shopping links, and implementation guides are customized and provided as per your selected service tier.
Dinka Brett Design is not responsible for third-party product availability, pricing changes, or shipping delays.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your space, including measurements, photos, and preferences, as requested.
You are responsible for reviewing all deliverables and notifying us of any issues or changes promptly.
You are responsible for the purchase and installation of recommended items unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Virtual services are intended for self-implementation and are not project-managed unless specified.
You are responsible for executing purchases and coordinating any trades or contractors required.
Designs are based on the information you provide; Dinka Brett Design is not liable for inaccuracies due to incomplete or incorrect client-provided details.
We may recommend third-party suppliers and products. We do not guarantee the performance, quality, or availability of any third-party product or service.
Any warranties or disputes with third-party products must be addressed with the vendor directly.
All designs, concepts, drawings, moodboards, and written content provided are the intellectual property of Dinka Brett Design.
You may not reproduce, share, or use these materials for commercial purposes without express written permission.
With your consent, Dinka Brett Design reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use images for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.
Any project details shared will maintain client privacy unless otherwise approved.
Dinka Brett Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
